How to make:

Muddle 30ml dark rum with strawberries & basil

Add a squeeze of lime juice, 15ml sugar syrup & a dash of balsamic vinegar.

Pour into a tall glass & top with Ranga Alcoholic Gingerbeer

Add ice and garnish with strawberries and basil
